Role Overview

An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to patients, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate and team-oriented environment. They support the mission to create healthy smiles and participate in community activities to promote a positive image.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dental treatments and services using advanced tools such as digital x-ray, Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Collaborate with a team of hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient care.
• Participate in team meetings, morning huddles, and community outreach activities.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management protocols.
• Support patient education and foster a positive patient experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Current, valid dental license or eligibility for licensure in applicable states.
• CPR, DEA, and other relevant certifications; Nitrous Oxide certification preferred in certain states.
• Strong compassion and desire to serve both children and adults.
