An Associate Dentist is responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, primarily children and young adults, in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This role involves patient treatment using advanced tools such as digital x-rays, fiber-optic handpieces, and practice management software. The dentist collaborates with hygienists and assistants to deliver comprehensive care, participate in team huddles, and promote a positive community image.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dental services to a diverse patient base aged 3-30 years.
• Utilize practice technology, including digital radiography and dental software.
• Support patient care by working with a dedicated team of hygienists and assistants.
• Participate in team meetings, community activities, and promote teamwork.

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Valid dental license in applicable states or eligibility for licensure.
• Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where applicable).
• Compassionate with a strong desire to serve both children and adults.
