About the Role

An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental services using advanced tools such as digital x-ray and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Participate in team activities like morning huddles and community outreach to promote a positive image.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure smooth office flow and excellent patient experiences.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management standards.
• Support the mission to serve underserved families and create memorable patient experiences.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program and valid licensure to practice.
• CPR, DEA, and other relevant certifications; Nitrous Oxide certification preferred in some states.
• Strong compassion, teamwork, and dedication to patient care, especially for pediatric populations.
