About the Role

The Associate Dentist provides comprehensive dental care to patients, primarily children and young adults, in a supportive team environment. The role involves utilizing advanced dental technology such as digital x-ray and fiber-optic handpieces, maintaining compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards, and managing a patient caseload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental treatments
• Participate in team activities such as morning huddles
• Promote a positive image within the community
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Engage in continuing education and professional development
• Ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality standards (OSHA, HIPAA)

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
• Valid dental license
• CPR and DEA certifications
• Nitrous Oxide certification (required in certain states)
