The office features eight operatories, a fully supported front‑office and clinical team, strong patient demand, and a steady patient flow. The practice is located in Kingsville, Texas, about 40 minutes from Corpus Christi International Airport and close to Gulf Coast beaches.

Compensation and Benefits

• Up to $40,000 total sign‑on bonus (Year 1: $14,000 bonus + $12,000 housing stipend; Year 2: $14,000 bonus).
• Potential income: $420,000–$470,400 yearly.
