About the Role

Community Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist to join Family Smiles of Kingsville, a two-doctor, family-focused dental practice in Kingsville, Texas. This opportunity is ideal for a new graduate or an experienced dentist looking for strong clinical support, consistent patient demand, mentorship, continuing education, and growth in a supportive environment.

Our dentists are supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team, enabling them to focus on providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care and building lasting patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry and family dental care.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical and front office team.
• Practice with clinical autonomy while having access to mentorship and support when needed.
• Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.
• Continue developing clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided continuing education.
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient care and quality dentistry.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active or eligible Texas dental license.
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in mentorship, professional development, and continued clinical growth.
• Team-oriented approach and commitment to a positive dental office culture.

Pay

• Up to $40,000 total sign-on bonus, which includes lodging/relocation reimbursement.
• Potential income: $420,000–$470,400 yearly.
• Production-based compensation with guaranteed base pay.
