Dentist - Part-Time

About the Role

Provide dental services to patients, primarily children and young adults, using advanced tools such as digital x-ray, Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces. Collaborate with a supportive team including hygienists and dental assistants, participate in daily huddles, and promote a positive community image. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients per day. Support the practice's mission to deliver high-quality, affordable dental care to underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients, with a focus on children and young adults.
• Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants in a team-based environment.
• Participate in daily huddles and uphold a positive community image.
• Manage office workflow efficiently, handling 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients on average.
• Support community engagement and ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA and HIPAA training.
• Use practice management software and modern dental technology.
• Contribute to a fun, compassionate environment focused on positive patient experiences and professional growth.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Valid dental license, CPR, and DEA certifications.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (where applicable).
• Compassion and a strong desire to serve both children and adults.
