About the Role

An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to patients, primarily children and young adults, supporting the community and fostering a positive patient experience. They collaborate with a team in a compassionate environment, utilizing advanced tools like digital x-ray, Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental services to a diverse patient base
• Support team communication and patient care excellence
• Maintain clinical standards, including OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols
• Utilize practice management software and digital equipment
• Participate in ongoing mentoring, training, and community activities
• Plan patient treatments
• Participate in team huddles
• Promote community engagement

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Valid state dental license
• CPR, DEA, and other relevant certifications
• Nitrous Oxide certification preferred in certain states
