Dentist (Part-Time)

About the Role

Join Benevis as a Part-Time Associate Dentist (Saturday) and support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community. Help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults while working with a team that values teamwork and compassion. Our patient base is primarily children (70% or more), and you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fun, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients, including operative and hygiene care.
• Work with a team of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
• Serve a patient base primarily ages 3–21, with up to 30% adults (varies by location).
• Manage an average of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients per day.
• Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Participate in yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
• Engage in team activities such as morning huddles, collaboration, and promoting a positive company image.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) of employment or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification and other required certifications (e.g., DEA).
• Nitrous Oxide certification (required for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
• Willingness to work the following schedule: Saturday (twice per month).

Pay

Guaranteed base pay of $106.25 per hour with uncapped earning potential.
