About the Role

A PRN Oral Surgery Dentist performs third molar and complex surgical extractions, including impacted cases, in a supportive dental environment. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with trained staff, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as needed
• Utilize digital x-ray and Panorex units for diagnostics
• Collaborate with trained dental assistants to support procedures
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management protocols

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited program
• Extensive hands-on experience in oral surgery, particularly with complex and surgical extractions
• Active dental license or eligibility, along with current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and state credentials
