Dentist (Oral Surgery)

Role Overview

The oral surgery dentist provides patient-centered surgical care on a PRN basis, performing third molar and complex extractions within a supportive dental team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform third molar and complex surgical extractions with proficiency and confidence
• Work efficiently with trained clinical staff and modern dental equipment
• Maintain compliance with safety and patient care standards

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited program
• Significant hands-on experience in oral surgery, including complex extractions
• Active dental license or eligibility in the practicing state
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable credentials
• Compassionate with a strong commitment to serving underserved patients

Skills & Environment

Familiarity with DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and support from trained dental assistants.
