Dentist - Open to New Grads

About the role

A full-time General Dentist position in a comprehensive dental practice. You will provide quality patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment with access to in-house Board-eligible or Certified specialists. The practice is predominantly PPO-based and offers a full scope of general dentistry services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality general dentistry services
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain clinical excellence and build strong patient relationships

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental school
• Current applicable state dental license or ability to obtain one
• CPR, DEA, and NPI certifications
• New graduates committed to clinical excellence and patient care are welcome

Pay

Compensation is based on a percentage of production, with a daily guaranteed rate during onboarding. Total earnings range between $200,000 and $400,000 annually.

Schedule

Typically 4 to 5 days per week.
