Dentist - Open to New Grads

About the role

Full-time General Dentist position in Las Vegas, NV, welcoming new graduates. Join a comprehensive dental practice supported by a team of in-house Board eligible or Certified specialists, primarily offering PPO services. The role involves delivering quality patient care with a focus on clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and building strong patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Providing general dental treatments and preventive care
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Ensuring patient satisfaction and care quality

Qualifications and Skills

• Accredited Dental School graduate
• Current applicable State Dental License or ability to obtain one
• Additional certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI preferred
• Open to new graduates

Compensation

• Percentage of production based on experience, with a total range of $200,000 - $400,000
• Daily guaranteed rate during onboarding
