About the role
Serves as a practicing dentist, performing the full range of professional dental services in the treatment of dental diseases or dental health problems requiring corrective, restorative or preventive measures, and performs other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Performs comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses oral health conditions.
- Administers local anesthesia and performs various dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Prescribes medications and treatments for patients as necessary.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintains records and reports on patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid license to practice dentistry in the State of Hawaii.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in a dental office setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using dental equipment and technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution.
- Completed residency or fellowship program in dentistry.
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of dental hygiene practices and preventative care.
- Proficient in computer software for medical records and dental management.

Pay
$8,626 to $23,334 per month (LHB1, Min to Max)
Schedule
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
