Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, modern dentistry in a warm and respectful environment
• Specialize in cosmetic, restorative, pediatric, and implant dentistry
• Participate in continuing education and mentorship programs
• Collaborate with a supportive team of certified hygienists and expanded function assistants
• Provide exceptional patient care with complete clinical autonomy

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Maryland dental license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
• 3+ years professional clinical experience required

Pay

Compensation Range: $1600,000 - $262,000 per year. This wage range reflects the expected annual income for this role, based on individual production, clinical skill set, treatment planning, and experience level.

Schedule

Full-time position (4 days/week): Tuesday-Friday
