The Dental Suite, a respected and fast-growing office in Gaithersburg, MD, is seeking a skilled and personable Dentist to join our patient-focused team. Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental care with a focus on quality and patient comfort.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Respond effectively to dental emergencies.
• Contribute to the practice’s growth through excellent service and community engagement.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program.
• Active Maryland state dental license.
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications.
• Professional clinical experience preferred.
• New and recent graduates with Residency experience encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.

• Compensation Range: $125,000 - $300,000 per year, reflecting the expected annual income for this role, based on individual production, clinical skill set, treatment planning, and experience level.
