About the Role

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Dentist to join our dynamic team in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, empathy, and proficiency in general dental procedures to our mobile dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and professional treatment to elderly patients and individuals with disabilities in various nursing homes in the Kansas City area.
• Apply knowledge and skills in a supportive environment to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
• Use specialized dental tools and equipment to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment.
• Maintain organized and efficient practices using dental software for patient records and treatment plans.
• Work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE KANSAS AND MO LICENSE.
• Degree: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
• Active state dental license.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
• Proficiency in a wide range of general dental procedures.

Benefits

• Compensation: $900-$1,200 per day, or 28% of net production (depending on nature of services provided in the market).
