About the Role

At DOCS Dental, you’ll practice comprehensive dentistry in a modern, private-practice setting—backed by a collaborative team and a steady patient base. This is your chance to build strong patient relationships, grow clinically, and make a real impact while serving the civilian military community.

Pay

Our dentists earn between $180,000 - $390,000 annually through either a daily guarantee or a percentage of adjusted production.

Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program
• Active dental license (in the state you are applying to)
• 1–2 years clinical experience
• CPR/BLS certification
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID driver’s license prior to start date
• Pass a background check (criminal & malpractice), urinalysis, applicable testing, shots, physical exam, and vaccinations
