About the role

Enable Dental is a forward-thinking Mobile dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to underserved communities. We deploy skilled dental professionals to nursing homes and care facilities to ensure elderly patients and individuals with disabilities receive essential dental treatments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of a range of general dentistry procedures tailored to elderly and special needs patients.
• Maintain high standards and ensure positive patient experiences through effective communication and proficiency with dental technology.

Requirements

• Degree: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution.
• Dental License: Active and valid state dental license.
• CPR Certification: Current CPR certification.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, patience, and adaptability working with elderly and disabled patients.
• Procedures: Ability to perform a broad range of general dental procedures.
• Technology: Familiarity with dental software for maintaining patient records and treatment plans.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel to multiple locations.

Benefits

• Compensation: $1000-1400 per day, or 30% of net production (depending on the nature of services provided in the market).
• Sign on Bonus or Relocation Assistance: Payouts occur in installments (50% after 90 days, 50% after 1 year of full-time employment) with a clawback provision if employment terminates before 1 year.
