About the role

Enable Dental is a forward-thinking Mobile dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to underserved communities. We deploy skilled dental professionals to nursing homes and care facilities to ensure elderly patients and individuals with disabilities receive essential dental treatments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of general dentistry procedures tailored to elderly and special needs patients.
• Maintain high standards and ensure positive patient experiences through effective communication and proficiency with dental technology.
• Work with a dynamic team to deliver onsite care across multiple locations, adapting to varied environments and patient needs.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid state dental license.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations.
• Empathy, patience, and adaptability working with elderly and disabled patients.
• Ability to perform a broad range of general dental procedures.
• Familiarity with dental software for maintaining patient records and treatment plans.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel to multiple locations.

Benefits

• Compensation: $1000-1400 per day, or 30% of net production (depending on nature of services provided in the market).
• Sign on Bonus or Relocation Assistance - "Payouts occur in installments (50% after 90 days, 50% after 1 year of FT employment) with clawback provision if employment terminates ends before 1 year."
