Location: CHP Dental Center, 515 W. 6th St., Jacksonville, FL 32206. Dress code: Medical scrubs. Software: EagleSoft, Electronic Oral Health Record, HMS (Health Management System).

Responsibilities

Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree
• Active Florida Dental License (in good standing)
• Current/Active DEA registration
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience providing a full range of general dental services, including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures, and extractions

Skills

• Ability to speak and understand English
• Experience with EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record (highly desired)
