About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dentist & Dental Practice Coach to work with clients looking to grow their clinical skills and build a successful dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Teach core skills in patient care, treatment planning, and surgical procedures
• Guide clients through specialties and certification requirements
• Support clients navigating purchasing a practice and understanding oral health education best practices for their patients
• Offer resume review and interview prep
• Provide networking strategy and salary negotiation tailored to dental professionals

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a practicing dentist or dental practice owner (as a dentist, practice consultant, or industry professional)
• A strong understanding of both clinical care and practice management
• A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching and mentoring dental professionals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of dental industry trends and best practices
