Responsibilities
- Lead a patient-focused team that values your clinical expertise

- Conduct comprehensive exams and accurately diagnose dental issues
- Develop and present treatment plans to patients
- Deliver efficient, high-quality clinical treatments
- Collaborate with Operations team to meet financial goals
- Mentor and educate new dentists and dental staff
- Engage with community dental associations to enhance brand presence
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school required
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication skills to engage with patients and staff
- Ability to adhere to high ethical and professional standards
- Experience in mentoring or coaching dental professionals
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial objectives in a dental context
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
