Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team, respecting your clinical judgment and leadership
• Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
• Maintain awareness of the budget and collaborate with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
• Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
• Stay abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
