About the role

Breeze Dental is an anti-corporate brand of dental clinics led by Dr. Josh Turnbull. We offer 4-day work weeks, 401(k), health insurance stipends, PTO, and profit sharing. We are opening our third location on E 5th Street in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care by diagnosing and treating oral health issues with precision and empathy.
• Collaborate with our healthcare partners to integrate dental and medical care, enhancing patient outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a team of dental professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Utilize your expertise in Invisalign to provide tailored orthodontic solutions, ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote oral health awareness and give back to the community.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring compliance.
• Participate in practice management activities, contributing to the clinic's growth and success through innovative ideas and solutions.

Qualifications

• A personable leader with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience, with high value given to those with more experience and training (CE, AEGD, etc.).
• Invisalign experience preferred.
• A desire to learn, grow, and improve continuously.
• A passion for giving back to the community.
• A positive attitude and willingness to have fun at work.
