Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited university
• Active CT license in good standing
• Active or in-process DEA license

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 2–4 years of clinical experience, post-residency
• Proficient in Extractions (a plus)
• Root Canal experience (preferred)
• Ethical patient-centric provider
• Coachable, team-oriented
• Great work ethic, motivated for success
