About the role

Michigan Dental Outreach is seeking a Dentist to provide dental care to underserved children at their school-based mobile dental practice in Detroit, MI and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental care to underserved children in schools
• Work a school day schedule (about 6 – 7 hours)
• On average between 8:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
• Offer evenings, weekends and summers off
• Receive a benefit package (health, dental, vision)
• Work with both children & adults
• Use state-of-the-art portable dental equipment
• Utilize latest technology & digital radiography

Requirements

• DMD or DDS degree
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily to/from school site

• Ability to work well with both children & adults
