About the role

We are seeking a skilled full-time or part-time General Dentist to practice at our Gentle Dental Dallas location in Dallas, Oregon. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and eligibility for loan repayment through the ORH and NHSC programs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Active OR state dental license (or ability to obtain within time of employment)
• Other relevant licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
