About the role

Familia Dental & Vivid Smiles is seeking a talented and dedicated Full-time General Dentist to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients.
• Create and review dental treatment plans with patients and obtain informed consents.
• Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
• Adhere to federal and government regulations, including state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA, and OSHA regulations.
• Lead and direct clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
• Maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience in general dentistry is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Daily minimum guarantee of $800 - $1,000.
• 30-35% of production paid on everything including X-rays (plus locational % premiums).

Pay

Average earning potential $250,000-$450,000 (including new graduates).
