Responsibilities

• Perform all avenues of general dentistry
• Treat any/all dental problems with excellent results
• Offer mentorship and training to improve as a dentist
• Have complete autonomy over treatment planning
• Work in a fully digital and paperless office
• Discretion over dental supplies and instruments
• Receive paid vacation time and flexible schedules
• Participate in a robust continuing education program
• Benefit from malpractice reimbursement and health/vision insurance for associates and their families

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice dentistry in your state
• Experience in general dentistry is preferred
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Desire to help the underserved community

Pay

Permanent daily minimum guarantee of $50,000. Sign-on bonus offered.
