About the Role

Castle Rock Dental of Mauston is seeking a full-time associate dentist to join our single-doctor practice with an established hygiene program. This position offers an ownership opportunity and is ideal for a dentist eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

We are a well-established, busy practice with modern equipment, including PrimeScan (digital impressions), CBCT, GBT, and Overjet. The schedule is currently four days per week (Monday–Thursday) with flexible hours and no weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, comprehensive dental care to patients in a warm and caring environment. Educate and encourage patients toward optimal oral health with trust and compassion. Commit to being a supportive partner in helping patients achieve a lifetime of healthy, natural teeth by delivering the highest standard of dental service with affordability and value.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in the state of Wisconsin
