About the Role
Procedures
- General Dentistry: Crowns (including custom crowns, implant crowns, and stainless-steel crowns), bridges, direct restorations (amalgam and composite)
- Endodontics: Anterior, premolar, and some molar
- Oral Surgery: Extractions, including some impacted third molars, alveoloplasty
- Pediatrics: Stainless steel crowns, extractions, restorations, pulpotomies, space maintainers
- Prosthodontics: Complete and partial removable dentures in addition to fixed prosthodontics
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients
- Provide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent care
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
- Conduct examinations of teeth and surrounding tissue utilizing diagnostic tools, including medical and dental histories, dental radiographs, and diagnostic casts
- Provide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and clinic guidelines and protocols
Qualifications
- Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry
- CPR/AED Certificate
- Experience working with culturally diverse communities preferred
Schedule
- Monday/Tuesday: 7:50am – 3pm
- Thursday: 7:50am – 5pm
- Friday: 7:50am – 2pm
