Responsibilities

• Practice dentistry according to your professional judgment, not corporate quotas.
• Take the time needed for each patient - no rushed appointments.
• Recommend treatments based on what's best for the patient, not what insurance approves.
• Fee-for-service model ensures you're compensated for quality care.
• Focus exclusively on dentistry and patient care.
• All business operations, scheduling, billing, HR, and practice management handled for you.
• No corporate meetings, productivity metrics, or administrative paperwork.
• Walk in, practice great dentistry, go home.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume dental practice (DSO experience preferred).
• Strong clinical skills across all general dentistry procedures.
• Proven ability to handle diverse cases and patient populations.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
• Doctor who values quality over quantity.
• Interest in long-term practice relationship with ownership potential.

Qualifications

• Completed dental school and obtained a valid dental license.
• Passionate about providing excellent patient care.
