Participate in morning huddles, plan your day, and engage in community activities to promote a positive company image. This role offers growth and development through mentoring and collaboration, with a focus on pediatric and adult dental care.
Responsibilities
- Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21 (up to 30% adult population, depending on location).
- Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces.
- Work with a team ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
- Manage an office flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
- Adhere to yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training requirements.
- Serve a patient base with a payor mix including state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided (or eligibility for licensure).
- CPR certification and DEA registration (as required).
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
- Commitment to teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
