About the role
This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients in a dental office setting
- Performing general and restorative dentistry procedures
- Comfortable working with children and adolescents
Requirements
- New provider credentialing within 90-120 days
- Already credentialed with Medicaid
- Must be comfortable with children and adolescents
Qualifications
- MD or DDS degree from an accredited institution
- Current license to practice dentistry in the state of Arizona
- Experience with pediatric dentistry preferred
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in dental software and equipment
