• General Dentistry - Child, Adolescents and some Adults

Requirements

• Active State License
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
• Use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
