Responsibilities
- Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
Requirements
- Must be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider
- Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance
- Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance
- Experience/Skills Required: 1 year experience providing a full range of general dental services
- Educational Requirement: DDS or DMD degree
- Active Florida Dental License
