Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Decontaminates, sorts, cleans, wraps, and sterilizes dental instruments and equipment.
• Operates and monitors autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and heat sealers; records and documents sterilization cycles, adhering to CDC and OSHA regulations.
• Cleans, disinfects, and restocks exam rooms between patients and at the end of the day.
• Manages and orders sterilization supplies and keeps inventory organized.
• Fulfills safety and compliance requirements, following strict infection control protocols and keeping records of biological and chemical monitoring.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• RCST or equivalent certification.
• Accredited DA program completion a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
