Dental Hygienist - Rock Family Dental

About the role

We are looking for recent graduates or licensed Dental Hygienists in the state of practice who are enthusiastic about teamwork, patient care, and a growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform comprehensive patient assessments under guidance, including medical history reviews, dental charting, periodontal evaluations, and oral cancer screenings
• Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care, including cleanings, polishing, radiographs, sealants, fluoride treatments, and teeth whitening
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with mentorship from experienced providers
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care best practices
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to deliver outstanding patient experiences

Requirements

• Certification to administer local anesthesia (state-specific) preferred
• CPR certification
• Willingness to learn and develop strong clinical and patient education skills
