About the role

The program is fully accredited and designed for dentists passionate about health equity, whole-person care, and serving diverse patient populations. It features a small cohort of just two residents annually, providing personalized mentorship, extensive clinical exposure, and opportunities to develop advanced competencies.

Requirements

• Hold a DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental school
• Provide official dental school transcripts
• Prioritize the Integrated National Board Dental Examination (INBDE) before program start
• Show a commitment to patient-centered care and service to diverse communities
