Dental Receptionist

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our growing team! As the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, compassionate experience. We understand that many patients come to the dental office feeling anxious or worried, so empathy, patience, and a caring attitude are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dentrix is a plus
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification
• Experience with treatment planning and presenting treatment
• Understanding of billing and patient accounts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
