Dental Practice Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-office operations, including patient check-in, check-out, and scheduling
- Manage incoming calls, patient communications, and administrative workflow
- Present treatment plans and review financial estimates with patients
- Support efficient provider scheduling and patient flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a general dentistry office
- Working knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and claims processes
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide a team
What We Offer
- Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Daytime hours
- 8-hour shifts
- Optional Saturdays available
