Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or a similar leadership role with a demonstrated track record of driving growth for 2+ years.
• Ability to work 5 days every week.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in providing effective leadership by inspiring and motivating teams.
• Experience managing the full revenue cycle, including insurance claims, collections, and patient billing is preferred.
