Dental Office Manager

The Dental Boutique Coral Springs is a privately owned general dentistry practice offering a full range of services including Invisalign, implants, and full arch restorations. About the role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Office Manager who is ready to take ownership of the role, lead from the front, and make a real impact on our team and our patients. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a winning team in a fast-paced environment
• Hold your team accountable and coach for growth and mentorship
• Resolve customer service issues with patients and team members
• Discuss financials, collections, and KPIs comfortably
• Have difficult conversations with both patients and team members
• Implement systems and hold team members accountable without micromanaging
• Maintain cleanliness, timeliness, and high standards of customer service
• Be flexible with your schedule, understanding that patient care may occasionally extend beyond scheduled hours

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience
• Experience with customer service and conflict resolution
• Comfortable discussing financials and KPIs
• Servant leadership mindset and ability to lead by example
• Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required
• Dental Office Manager experience: 3 years required

$55,000 to $70,000 per year
