Dental Office Manager | Denver, CO Elevate Dental Partners $65,000–$80,000 + Bonus | Full-Time Elevate Dental Partners is looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our team and help a well-established dental practice continue to grow. We’re looking for a dental leader who understands how a successful practice operates; someone who can support the doctors, develop the team, improve the patient experience, and keep the business side of the practice moving in the right direction. What You’ll Lead As Office Manager, you’ll be accountable for the day-to-day performance of the practice while creating an environment where the doctors and team can do their best work. You will: Lead, coach, and develop the dental teamPartner closely with our doctors and clinical leadersKeep daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and patient flow running effectivelyBuild accountability around practice goals and team expectationsMonitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve practice performanceSupport treatment presentation, case acceptance, collections, and patient retentionMaintain a strong patient experience from the first phone call through follow-upHelp recruit, onboard, and develop team membersResolve problems quickly and communicate clearly with the teamPartner with Elevate Dental Partners’ operations, HR, recruiting, and support teams when additional resources are needed Who We’re Looking For We need someone with real dental practice experience who understands both the people side and business side of dentistry. You may be a strong fit if you have: Previous Dental Office Manager or significant dental practice leadership experienceStrong knowledge of dental office operations and terminologyExperience coaching and holding teams accountableConfidence working directly with dentists and clinical teamsExperience with scheduling, insurance, collections, treatment coordination, and patient financial conversationsComfort reviewing practice goals, KPIs, and operational performanceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsThe ability to stay organized and make decisions in a busy dental environment We are especially interested in someone who can look beyond what is happening today and help the practice become stronger over time.
