About the role
As a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager at Aspen Dental), you will lead office operations to support doctors, build patient trust and loyalty, and give back to communities. You’ll participate in a ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge for success and growth within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, following company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
- Hire, develop, manage, and retain office staff.
- Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payments, and ensure high-quality care.
- Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plans with business goals, and create strategies to increase profitability.
- Prepare and lead daily huddles to set expectations, optimize patient experience, and improve business performance.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year managing a team of direct reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- People-centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.

Pay
$58,000 - $60,000 per year, plus monthly and quarterly incentive earnings.
