Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and coordinate a dedicated front-office and clinical team (including administrative staff, hygienists, and assistants). Organize scheduling and optimize daily workflows.
• Financial & Treatment Coordination: Oversee dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing. Conduct treatment presentations, discuss financial options, and help patients maximize their benefits.
• Practice Growth & Patient Relations: Drive patient retention and new patient acquisition by ensuring consistent, exceptional customer service. Handle patient inquiries, scheduling optimizations, and billing resolutions.
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day office logistics, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate supply ordering, and maintain strong, open internal communication channels.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated dental office management experience (required).
• Skills: Proficient in dental practice management software, dental billing, insurance coding/verification, and presenting comprehensive treatment plans.
