We are seeking a confident, high-energy Office Manager to lead our team, optimize our operations, and ensure every patient feels like family.

Responsibilities

• Act as the mentor and guide for our front-office team, fostering a positive, "no-drama" culture.
• Master the schedule to ensure optimal patient flow and clinical productivity.
• Expertly manage billing, insurance claims, and patient financial arrangements with precision.
• Work alongside our doctors to identify opportunities for practice expansion and enhanced patient experiences.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience in Dental Office Management is required.
• A dynamic, "lead-by-example" personality with an infectious positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred for our community.

Pay

$48,000 – $55,000 per year (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus!

Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
