About the role

Foreside Family Dental is growing and excited to welcome a passionate Dental Hygienist to our team. This is an exciting time to join our office as we welcome a new doctor who is local to the community, invested in the area, and committed to growing the practice while maintaining a positive, patient-focused culture. Pay

$55-$65+/Hour plus a $7,500 welcome bonus. Same-Day Pay available through DailyPay, along with daily and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • Deliver exceptional patient care with a focus on preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology including Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records
  • Work alongside a supportive team and new local doctor invested in the community
  • Participate in continuing education and professional growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Current dental hygienist license in Maine and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
  • CPR Certification
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
  • Tuberculosis (TB) test required for all new hires (not applicable in FL & TN)
