Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join their growing team at the Clayton office. They are a patient-focused, team-driven practice committed to providing high-quality care while creating a positive and supportive environment for both their team members and patients.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with doctors to provide comprehensive, high-quality care, including preventative services, periodontal maintenance, and patient education.
• Deliver thorough, personalized care and build meaningful relationships with patients.
• Focus on delivering personalized care without feeling rushed, thanks to a one-column hygiene schedule.

Requirements

• Hold a current North Carolina Dental Hygienist license.
• Have completed an accredited Dental Hygiene program (Associate's degree or certificate required).
• Show strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Maintain reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Show flexibility and a positive attitude in supporting office needs.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Dental Hygienist license.
